    1. What Information Do We Collect?

In Short: We only collect such personal information which is required to provide you with our Services and which is voluntarily provided by you when you register on the Nexiun Platforms for using the Services and when you express an interest in obtaining information about us, our products and our Services. We also collect personal information when you participate in activities on the Services and intend to contact us.

The personal information we collect may include:

    • • Names
    • • Phone numbers
    • • Email addresses
    • • Username
    • • Password

If you prefer to purchase additional Services provided as in-app purchases we will require additional transactional information to facilitate access.

If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following if you grant permission:

    Geolocation Information

We may request access to track location-based information to provide certain location-based services. You can change access in your device settings.

    Mobile Device Data

We automatically collect device and system details such as device ID, model, OS, app identifiers, browser type and version, ISP or carrier, IP address, and features accessed.

    Push Notifications

We may send push notifications regarding your account or app features. You can disable them in your device settings.

All such information is primarily needed to maintain security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for internal analytics and reporting. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of changes.

Information we generate when you use our Services

We automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, device characteristics, OS, language, referring URLs, device name, country, location, usage timestamps, pages and files viewed, searches, device events, error reports, and hardware settings.

    Facial Data and Biometric Information

What Face Data Do We Collect?

When you use certain features, we may request a selfie image that you voluntarily provide. This image is processed using AI to extract facial descriptions and features needed to generate a profile image and enhance social interaction. These features represent a digital approximation of facial structure — not biometric identifiers like retina scans or fingerprints.

    How We Use Face Data

    • • Profile Picture Generation: Selfie processed to generate an avatar or profile image. The original image is not publicly shown and not stored beyond its processing purpose.
    • • Community Interaction: Features may be used to generate a composite AI image representing a persona to encourage in-app connections without exposing real identities.

    Do We Share Face Data?

No. We do not share, sell, or disclose facial data to any third parties. Processing is strictly within secure internal systems.

    Where Is This Data Stored?

The original selfie and extracted features are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption and restricted access.

How Long Is Face Data Retained?

    • • If you update your selfie, old images and features are deleted.
    • • If you delete your account, all related data is permanently removed.

Facial data may be considered sensitive in some jurisdictions. It is used only for visual feature extraction in AI-generated experiences and never for authentication, surveillance, or identity matching. We do not collect or process sensitive categories like race, ethnicity, religion, political views, or sexual orientation.

You may delete your selfie or account at any time, which will delete associated facial data from our servers. For full deletion requests: support@nexiunplatforms.com.

    Device and Location Data

Device Data: IP, identifiers, location, browser, hardware model, ISP/carrier, OS, configuration.

Location Data: precise or imprecise, depending on device settings. You can refuse or limit access in settings; some features may not work without it.
